HELP BUMPS ON SKIN!!!? - how do you hide mouth herpes

OK last night I was itching and lay down. When I awoke, my red nose, my cheeks and mouth, nose and mouth above sliughtyly red and irritated. My hands and neck are small bumps. What is it? "How can I hide or better?" There is no herpes, and my FSO soon !!!!!!!!! Please help me
